Through nervous system education & workshop, guided breathwork, and joyful Pilates-inspired movement, you’ll learn practical tools to calm reactivity and bring radiance back into your everyday life.

  • Shake off the heaviness of survival mode with an uplifting, Pilates-inspired session that gets you moving with intention and fun.
    Think energising full-body strength, and feel-good exercises designed to boost your mood, get your blood flowing, and leave you smiling.
    It’s about reconnecting with movement in a way that feels good for your body - and reminds you that exercise can be a source of joy, not just another “should” on your list.

Britt is the founder of The Aegle Co., a health coaching brand dedicated to raising the standard of women’s wellness through science-backed, nervous system-led practices. With a background in exercise science, women’s health mastery, breathwork facilitation, and mindset coaching, Britt combines physiological and psychological tools with somatic and emotional release techniques. Her approach is deeply rooted in real expertise- cutting through wellness noise to deliver lasting transformation.

Passionate about helping women step out of survival mode and come home to their bodies, Britt holds space for authentic healing that honors both science and the lived human experience.
