Breathwork

My love and passion for breathwork came through my own journey and the profound impact it had on my life. I found breathwork at the end of 2022 and it changed the game for me.

Breathwork helped get me out of chronic fight or flight mode and living from the neck up.

I had unprocessed emotions that were being stored in my body that were causing internal havoc as I didn’t have the tools to release it, until I found breathwork. It was the thing that allowed me to release, to express, to let go. Breathwork gave me the safety and space to show me my inner potential, how I could create my own breakthrough and healing, that my body is so intelligent that it knows how to heal itself- within the right environment.

Over time, I became less anxious, I could regulate my emotions instead of reacting onto loved ones, and a lot of previous health symptoms got better.

My intention is to create a safe space for you to go inward and to meet the most whole version of you. To help you regulate and restore from the inside out. To come out of your head and back into your body. Into the fullest expression of you.

My focus is on building safety in your system so it then feels safe to express, change and let go. 1 hour classes, 90 min 1:1 sessions, private groups and full immersions available.
