A nervous system reset held by the elements

Bath & Breath is a 2-hour guided small group experience designed to reset your nervous system through the power of breathwork, contrast bathing, and outdoor connection.

Held in the sanctuary of Nova Holistic Spa’s outdoor bathhouse, with its magnesium hot tubfull spectrum infra-red sauna, and ice bath, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect

This is a space for women who are holding a lot whether it be work, others or themselves, to finally slow down.

What to expect inside

  • Safety is our number one priority- so you feel comfortable and at ease to drop in, because we know you can’t heal in a stressed state. At The Aegle Co, we also believe shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces.

    You’ll also experience connection back into yourself and with other attendees

  • Bath & Breath will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, your body’s natural “rest and digest” mode where lower cortisol levels and a a quieter mind are available.

    You’ll walk out feeling grounded, regulated, and emotionally lighter.

  • You’ll experience a deeper connection to yourself & your intuition as a result of creating space for yourself. You’ll also connect with other like minded women at the event.

  • We’ll begin with guided intention setting and nervous system priming, followed by a breathwork journey, and then move into a supported rotation through the bathing elements. The experience ends in stillness and connection, leaving you calm, clear, and deeply rooted.

You’ll be guided through:

  • A 60 min nourishing breathwork session

  • A 60 min Bath house session which includes use of Hobart’s only outdoor infra red sauna, magnesium spa and ice bath

  • A supportive space- no pressure or agenda
